  • Insight to Wellbeing is Now Evidence-Based

The purpose of the study was to examine preliminary efficacy of Insight to Wellbeing - a 3 Principles intervention - in US incarcerated adult females. Findings are consistent with previous trials of 3P interventions in incarcerated (Kelley et al., 2018, 2019) and non-incarcerated (Kelley et al., 2015, 2017) samples. Taken together, previous and current findings support the initial efficacy of a 3 P intervention for reducing psychological distress and bolstering psychological wellbeing in incarcerated populations.

  • Insight to Well-Being Curriculum

The Insight to Well-Being curriculum is designed for individual practitioners and organizations to share an understanding of the mind and human experience for the purpose of reducing risk factors, uncovering resilience and promoting emotional and psychological well-being for adults and youth impacted by the criminal justice and other social service needs. This curriculum is taught through a compilation of sessions that speak to the potential, ability, and resilience inside every human.
